Step into our design studio in the 18th-century converted farm buildings of the Holkham Estate in Norfolk, UK. This is where our design journey starts, surrounded by gemstones, antique artefacts, shells and sculptures. The team gathers to share inspiration, sketch and pore over every detail of a piece until it’s perfect. Hours are spent in the sketch book, taking simple outlines to full colour drawings. The sketch comes to life through 3D printing of the first prototypes, which is perfected before being sent off to be handcrafted in the final materials.

Chimet is a metal refinery based in Italy, certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council Chain of Custody. For over 40 years they have  operated a circular method of recovering and refining precious metal waste from a number of industries, primarily jewellery and electronic. The 100% recycled sterling silver that is refined is then used in the manufacture of new pieces of jewellery. Chimet are certified by LBMA which ensures responsible, transparent sourcing of precious metals in adherance with OECD guidelines.

They are a family owned business who have been established for 35 years and only source waste metal from the jewellery industry for refininig. United Precious Metal Refining Inc also hold the SCS Global Services certification to validate the fine gold and silver they produce comes from 100% recycled sources.

Pink City developed a programme to train women in the craft of jewellery manufacturing. Today, this initiative has empowered over 1,500 women across Jaipur to achieve management positions, build long-term careers and achieve financial independence.

Material compliance testing to EU regulations, Gemstone testing by the Gemological Institute of America, and comfort and durability wear testing are all part of our robust quality assurance programme. Pack & Ship - Our boxes and bags are 100% recyclable and use only FSC paper to be kinder to the environment. We also use a paperless dispatch system to save more than 1.8 million A4 sheets of paper per year.
